Our Story

We first crossed paths in the charming setting of Huntington Park in Nob Hill, San Francisco, during the pandemic. Brook vividly recalls the moment he saw Ariana walking up the steep SF hill, a sight that left a lasting impression. Our initial dates were enjoyable but brief, and as the pandemic stretched on, we lost touch for several months.

Our initial dates were enjoyable but brief, and as the pandemic stretched on, we lost touch for several months.
Fate brought us back together on Ari’s birthday in 2021, and this time, our connection blossomed. By August of that year, Brook moved to Houston, Texas. Despite the distance, we visited each other frequently in both Houston and SF, discovering just how much we meant to one another, as our love grew stronger with every visit. By early 2022, Ari also moved to Houston, seeking a change of pace and excited about starting a new chapter in Texas.

Fate brought us back together on Ari’s birthday in 2021, and this time, our connection blossomed. By August of that year, Brook moved to Houston, Texas. Despite the distance, we visited each other frequently in both Houston and SF, discovering just how much we meant to one another, as our love grew stronger with every visit. By early 2022, Ari also moved to Houston, seeking a change of pace and excited about starting a new chapter in Texas.
Just weeks before their move back to California, Brook had a surprise in store as they headed to downtown Houston for a date night. The evening began with dinner at one of the first restaurants they visited together during Ari’s first 2021 trip to Houston. Afterward, they took a peaceful stroll through Market Square Park. Amidst the twinkling lights and the quiet charm of the park, Brook dropped to one knee and proposed. Overcome with joy, Ari said yes, marking the start of their next exciting chapter together.
